We realize that sin, sickness and evil are more than our humanity can bear, so cleanse us of any sadness, negative thinking or despair that we may have picked up during our time together. I always include a brief “thank you” to the Lord for His presence and protection during the session and for whatever progress and/or healing has come. And so, as we conclude this great gathering of Latter-day Saints, I offer a plea that each of us will seek to live closer to the Lord and to commune with Him more frequently and with increased faith.
